UCook, a South African meal subscription box service came to us for a website redesign. Our strategy was to simplify the user journey & convert sales by implementing a modular design system. We conducted a UX Audit & solved the user pain points with a smoother cart & checkout journey. Our process included creating wireframes, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to communicate interaction & design solutions to key stakeholders.
